What is Propex?
Propex is property management software for New Zealand. It keeps each rental’s inspections, tenancy, rent, notices, owner, maintenance and Healthy Homes record in one place, for agencies and for landlords who manage their own.
Was Propex called InspectFlow?
Yes. InspectFlow became Propex in October 2026. Accounts, passwords and everything recorded in them are unchanged. The old address redirects to propex.co.nz, where you sign in once.
Does Propex work on a phone?
Yes. Inspections are done on the Propex mobile app, offline if need be, and the website works on a phone for everything else.
How much does Propex cost?

Where is my information kept, and who can see it?
Propex is operated by Digital Sphere Limited in New Zealand under the Privacy Act 2020. Within your organisation, each person sees only what their role allows. The Privacy Policy explains the rest.
