Renters apply with one account across every agency on Propex, upload the documents you ask for, and can save and finish later.
Tenant screening
Applicants give their own consent to background and credit checks. You run the checks with your provider, and the results you record are stored encrypted.
Decisions on the record
Approve or decline each applicant, and they are told by email. If your choice falls through, you can reopen an application.
