Why a new name
InspectFlow started as an inspection app. It now runs the whole of a rental: listings and applications, tenancy agreements, rent and notices, owners and their statements, maintenance and Healthy Homes records. A name about inspections no longer said what it does. Propex — property, exactly — does.
What changes
- The name and the logo: the P in a viewfinder’s corners, for looking at a property properly.
- The address: propex.co.nz. The old address sends every page to the same page at the new one, so bookmarks and links in emails keep working. You will be asked to sign in once at the new address, with the same email and password.
- Emails now come from Propex, and their links go to propex.co.nz.
- Rental listings have moved to propex.co.nz/rentals, and the front page now describes Propex.
What does not change
- Your account, your email address and your password.
- Your properties, tenancies, inspections, reports and everything else you have recorded.
- The mobile app keeps working as it does today.
- Your plan and what it costs.
