PROPEX Manage

The day-to-day of a rental portfolio on one record for each property, following the Residential Tenancies Act where it sets the rules.

What it does today

Property records

Each property’s tenancy, documents, inspections, maintenance and history in one place.

Tenancies signed online

Agreements generated from the record, with the Healthy Homes and insurance statements printed in, and signed electronically.

Rent tracking

Rent tracked against what is due, with bank statements uploaded as CSV to match payments to tenancies.

Rent increases and notices

Increases checked against the 60-day and 12-month rules before they are served, and 14-day notices to remedy arrears drafted from what is owed.

Inspections on the phone

Room by room on the Propex mobile app, offline if need be, with photos, signatures and a PDF report.

Maintenance and contractors

Requests, quotes, work orders and approvals on the property they belong to, and assets with their service dates.

Owners and statements

A sign-in for owners, with messages, and statements by month or tax year showing fees and GST.

Healthy Homes records

Each property’s position on record, Yes, No or not yet stated, with the certificate kept alongside.

Your team

Six staff roles, and properties assigned to the people who manage them.

Questions

Does Propex collect the rent?

No. Rent is paid to your bank account as usual, and Propex matches the payments from your bank statements.

Can a private landlord use it?

Yes. A landlord with a few rentals uses the same tools as an agency, on a smaller plan.
